1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AL-AZIID Investments Limited website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
AL-AZIID Investments Limited operates in food and beverage distribution, hospitality through Legacy Lounge and Depot, and aquaculture on Lake Victoria. We supply fish, halal beverages, mineral water, and related products to customers across Uganda and East Africa.
3. Orders and payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) or as otherwise agreed. We accept payments through PesaPal and other approved channels. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
4. Delivery and returns
Delivery terms, including timelines and costs, will be confirmed at the time of order. Perishable goods such as fresh fish must be inspected on delivery. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AL-AZIID Investments Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of AL-AZIID Investments Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
